Being part of a ministry team is an excellent way to engage with our Pathway Family. Whether your role involves welcoming weekend guests, managing the live stream camera, or teaching children's classes, we'll assist you in discovering the ideal team where you can contribute in your own unique way.

Kids team

Make a difference in a child's life by showing them the love of God. We have opportunities during the week and on weekends. We want to actively involve children with God's teachings, collaborate with parents, establish an enjoyable and secure learning environment, and foster relationships with both children and families.

coffee bar

We are always looking for more baristas and cashiers – no experience needed! We will train you to be one of the happy faces taking orders or serving up delicious beverages to our Pathway family.

The coffee bar adds a friendly and appealing atmosphere to our weekend services. 

guest ministries

Take the initiative to be the initial point of contact for arriving guests as a HUB volunteer, a greeter, golf cart drive or usher, offering a warm welcome and addressing any inquiries folks may have.

This is a great way to step into getting to know the church, people, and programs.

student ministries

Take the initiative to be a friendly face students can connect with as a student ministry volunteer.

This is a great way to step into youth ministry, build meaningful relationships with students, and get to know our church's heart for the next generation.

facilities

Have building skills, landscaping interest or just like helping with special projects? This is a great opportunity to use your skills and gifts to better our environment at Pathway. Let us know about your interest and we'll have you help out to make our church a place that really glorifies God.

Worship/tech team

Assist in cultivating an environment where individuals can encounter the presence of God. Contribute by playing a singing, playing a musical instrument or operating cameras, lights, screens, and sound to enhance the presentation of the gospel on stage.
